Theory Scholarships

2019 Theory Scholarships

ANZCA's theory scholarships for 2019 will be awarded according to the following criteria:

ANZCA Grade Four Theory Scholarships
• $80 ANZCA Publications Voucher for each Australian state and territory, and New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
• Awarded to the candidate with the highest mark in Grade Four Theory from the May and October exams combined.
• Minimum score: 85 (Honours).
• Candidates must have completed at least one previous ANZCA theory examination.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or younger at the time of the exam.

Margaret Weston Memorial Scholarship
$1000 for Australian candidates only.
• Awarded to the candidate with the highest mark in Grade Five Theory from the May and October exams combined.
• Minimum score: 75 (Credit) overall, with at least 75% of available marks in the Composition section of the paper.
• Candidates must have completed at least two previous ANZCA theory examinations.
• Candidates must be 19 years or younger at the time of the exam.
This very generous scholarship for Australian candidates only is provided by the family of Margaret Weston. Margaret was a wonderful teacher and a great supporter of ANZCA. We sincerely thank the Weston family for making this scholarship available.

ANZCA Grade Five Theory Scholarships
$100 ANZCA Publications Voucher for each Australian state and territory, and New Zealand.
• Awarded to the candidate with the highest mark in Grade Five Theory from the May and October exams combined.
• Minimum score: 75 (Credit) overall, with at least 75% of available marks in the Composition section of the paper.
• Candidates must have completed at least two previous ANZCA theory examinations.
• Candidates must be 19 years or younger at the time of the exam.

Ivor Morgan Grade Five Theory Scholarships
• $100 ANZCA Publications Voucher per country for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
• Awarded to the candidate with the highest mark in Grade Five Theory from the May and October exams combined.
• Minimum score: 75 (Credit) overall, with at least 75% of available marks in the Composition section of the paper.
• Candidates must have completed at least two previous ANZCA theory examinations.
• Candidates must be 19 years or younger at the time of the exam.
